Calorie Advice

HI everyone

I'm just looking for a bit of calorie advice. I was banded in Feb and it's been a slow process for me, lost 2 stone so far. I have reasonable restriction but i'm not fully there yet. I am trying to stick to 1200 cals a day but finding it really hard and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how best to split this down, so how much I should allocate to breakfast, lunch dinner etc. Any help greatly appreciated - Thanks xxx:)
 
When I was on Rosemary Conley, the split was:

Breakfast - 200

Lunch - 300

Evening meal - 400

Milk - 100

Fruit - 100

Treat - 100

rosemary conley is the best and most even diet no silly fads etc, i try to break mine up into 4 times of approx 250 and then a milky ovaltine at night time too i don't eat fruit much as still trying to get protein first :) 100grms per day is a lot before anything else
