Well less than 6 weeks post-op I have hit the 100lb mark!!!

Lost 5st 2lb before op and 2st since.

Comparisons:-

Waist 42-44'' to 34''
Chest 52-54'' to 42''
Neck 19'' to 16.5''
XXXL to M-L
Only one thing increased in size so men it is really worth it!!

Now back running I will be doing 3-4 miles later today and feel great, thanks to all on here it has been a great support.
