Big yellow stars

What are the big yellow stars some people have and how do you get them.

Theyre linked to rep power. Once you have 10 brown boxes instead of an 11th one, it turns into a yellow star and you start 'collecting' green boxes again. Everytime you get enough to get to an 11th box you get another star - if that makes sense
