Bowel Movement

Ok I know this might be (TMI) "To Much Information". However I am wondering how long it took everyone to have their first bowel movement after surgery. It has been a week since surgery and I have not have had a movement and I'm a bit concerned. Any thoughts?

5 days for me. I had a bypass. I've been regular since then. But I understand constipation is very common in the first few weeks.
