Purchased a 5' punchbag at the weekend.  Placing it on the outside wall and intend to go to war on it after my warm up and stretches.
 
Thing is, I have enough muscle mass already and don't wish to add any more if poss. All I want this workout to do is cardiovascular/ build staminar and at the same time shed some pounds.
 
Any other bag punchers out there? Tips?
