I should have included this in my Slimfast on Sale post last night - but I forgot, lol!
Anyway, 'Centrum Complete A to Zinc' multi vitamins were also on offer at my Tesco yesterday.........Buy 3, get the cheapest free. I had 3 x 90 pills for around £11 instead of £16. I think they're something like £5.25 per box.
These were one of the products the nurse advised me were good to take pre & post op (crushed up post op of course!).
There were some other vits in the offer too. Might be worth a look
