Hi gang just read this in News of theWorld,Christmas dinner soup,rated by Aldo Zilli.£2.49 per pot.410 cals 17.4 fat.On offer 2 for £3.50!No sprouts in it so less wind on Xmas Morning.I thought it would save blending time for our new post oppers.Maz x

I quite fancy it! I always make a soup from leftovers and if I had just had my surgery this would be on my shopping list!

The fat content would be very high: but I was eating finely minced roast dinners from 3-4 weeks post-op, and it would be easy enough to shove all the ingredients in a blender and make soup! Even the sprouts! LOL

OOh not so sure about that one lol Maz one of the girls in work had Christmas dinner flavoured crisps, i tried one and they were horrible! Mind you i don't like turkey much so probably not the best person to ask lol x

If its the M&S one - then I think its delicious - and as I'm having some restriction problems its helping get some more protein if I can't manage my whole portion of "proper" foods.

Bit expensive - but it's just topping me up
