Dumping

Last night i had a girls night in, and i had a lemon yogurt from ww, inda night i had an upset stomak and i went toilet several time and nerli al day today, and also ibe had cramps come and go, the sugers in the pot were 7.5g and i had max 3 tsp, would u take it as a sign of dumpin?

Does sound like a mild dumping episode. I cannot eat much dairy at all anymore and it makes me incredibly ill.

it sounds like it could be yeah, you will only truely know if it happens again, could have just been a 1 off bug type thing. Now and again i like a small bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes they give me a bit of a sugar rush/dumping. i also if i really hav a strong craving will have the smallest bit of chocolate it doesnt tast like it did n makes me dump slightly. Just beware being nearly 9 months post op i have found out these things, the nasty way xx
