Firstly, well done on your weight loss.
Im nearly 3 years post op now and can basically eat anything, just in smaller portions than others.
I rarely dump now, but did have an episode the other day after a cappuccinno and a muffin, my own fault really, should know better.
You will find as time passes you can take in a little more food and eat more things, I still feel guilty each time I eat chocolate, cakes, crisps etc. You have to keep telling yourself its normal to eat these things. Its not about what you eat but how many times you eat it and and the quantities.
Its really easy to skip meals and snack on crap too. I still struggle to eat a full meal, even a much smaller sized meal, yet I can eat a whole bar of chocolate now and crisps.
I can manage bread now, but just one slice, and it has to have something wet on it.
I still cannot drink whilst eating, unless its a teeny tiny sip of wine.
Remember we are all different, what some can eat, others can't. You know your body and what you can and can't take, don't push it and listen to whats it telling you.
