Hi, iv just had my new excercise bike delivered lol. Im so glad i found it, its a second hand ex gym bike which is really strong and sturdy. Just going out now to buy some batterys for the monitor.
Eastenders got nothing to come tonight cos i shall be watching whilst cycling on my new bike. Hurray x

Thanks kelly, your right its the simple things sometimes lol and the price only paid £60 for it too. Its better than the ones you can buy in argos which are really expensive and may not hold my weight, so im well chuffed x

ooooh thats fab, i think the ex gym ones are better cos they are more heavy duty, the argos ones can be so flimsy and wobble all over the place, did you get it locally sugga?

Well done for getting motivated...actually I just got rid of my bike as I managed to get my hands on a top of the range treadmill from a friend & I didn't have space for both. It really does help to be able to watch a bit of rubbish of the TV to take your mind off the actual physical exertion!

I bought the bike from a Remar second hand store in Sheffield. There stuff is imported and very strong. Do you have one in Doncaster x
