As you all know, my bypass took place 2 weeks ago today. Don't have a proper review appointment with my weight loss people until 14th of Feb and vowed I wouldnt go near any scales until then. However I gave into temptation today at my GP's surgery. I knew I had lost something because clothes that were way tight over xmas/new year now are definitely loose. Nevertheless, I was pleased to read I've dropped a stone and a half since 9th Jan - YAY!! So pleased. Really makes all the difficulties and concerns and aches and pains well worth it! :D:D

wow you go girl!
I agree with the keeping off the scales thing!
For the first time in my life I don't have a set of scales in the house. I feel a great sense of freedom!!

cheers everyone! Heres a funny thing too, my flabby obvious fat zones feel more wobbly?!?!? Although there is no doubt it was and is FAT, it previously felt a harder and tough, now its really wobbly and loose!!!
WEIRD or wot?
