Flying after bypass

Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me how long after a bypass do tey recommend you can fly?

I'm having surgery in Belgium and although I am going on Eurostar, if I had flown it would have been op on Tuesday and fly home Saturday

Insurance companies have a different view - think they mostly insist on about 6 weeks!! I would leave it that long to be honest, see how you feel afterwards x
