Put your glasses on and have a quick double check that your partner is actually in bed with you

Set your bedside alarm for 3 mins time in case you happen to doze off halfway through the proceedings

Write your partner's name on a sticky note and put it on their forehead - just in case you forget their name

If it works call everybody you know and tell them the good news
