Today is the 14 week anniversary since having my band in all I'm really happy things I struggle with but nothing major and most importantly I have lost 45 pound I'm back exercising playing football and my all round life style is better
I still struggle for time to time to eat but only when I rush or get distracted and forget to eat slowly

Wd Dan fantastic losses its so good to start getting the life back eh I'm just over 17 weeks post op (band) and certainly not regretting it, despite having no fills as yet the weight is coming off....... So i haven't had the pleasure of struggling YET lol Wd agian and stick with it ............. it can only get better and better x x x
