Heartburn

I'm just over a year and a half post op and for the first time ever, I'm getting heartburn. I'm taking my lansoprazole religiously every morning but towards the end of the day, I'm getting heartburn and even drinking water or milk (which used to help pre op) doesn't touch it. Does anyone have any ideas why it's started now? My diet hasn't changed although I have upped my exercise and I'm drinking plenty of fluids.

Any help is much appreciated.

Could you try taking it later on in the day and see if that helps it at all, just an idea as am just 3 weeks post op

Do you only take it once a day?
Mine is prescribed for twice a day.

Yes you should ASAP. Even if just to put your mind at rest, but these things should never be left unanswered honey xxx
