irish stone ground wheaten bread

so im trying to varie my diet and i bought this yesterday and it is bloody lovely! there only small slices anyways and toasted with some butter and marmite and it mmm mmmm here s the info about it........

i tell ya its bloody lovely toasted, ive had two small slices and its filled me nicely lovely for winter as it feels abit stodgey xxx
