my food intake today, what do you think?

on waking, milky coffee
breakfast, 2 eggs scrambled
mid morning soya milky coffee
lunch 125g king prawns, 4 slices cue
2 plums
mid afternoon 2 slices wafer thin ham
dinner 1/4 chicken breast, 1 floret each cauli & broc of, 6 green beans & 2 carrot sticks.

and working my way through a litre and half bottle of water

that is more than you appear to be eating, my weightloss has slowed down a bit too......
