I'm sure there's already a thread on here like this but I wondered if posting meals/ daily menus on here might give some ideas on the type of foods we all eat?

Today I've had
B slice of frittata
L 2 cracker reads with laughing cow triangles and Turkey breast pieces
D tikka marinaded chicken breast and steamed veg.
