I want to wish you all a very merry Christmas. I hope that however you are spending it, it is a good one and a healthy one.
I feel that back in August all my christmas' came at once when i was lucky enough to get my gastric bypass. I have not looked back since and am looking forward so much to 2010 which I know is going to be even healthier.
I also want to say thank you to EVERYONE who has offered up kind words of support and encouragement, not just to me, but to those at different stages of their journeys. You all do an amazing thing in just offering up a bit of your valuable time to let someone out there know they are not alone.
