Wished I'd done this, it's great to see in yourself how far u have come. I know I've lost weight because my clothes are bigger plus I can physically see it on the scales. But in my head I'm still as fat as I ever was. I'm hoping this will improve. Fantastic pictures well done you hunny!!!!!

NB i too can see it on the scales and via my clothes but struggle to see it on myself i hope that soon i will start seeing the changes others can see, thats the reason i've done the pictures so i can see the journey im on and how different i look xxx
