Recommed daily allowance of suger per 100grams?? I been searching the net over and over and no one seems to give me a straight answer lol....so am here asking you wise ppl

Just had it recently on here

Mine was 5g per 100g for the first few weeks and then you can build up to about 10g max. Obviously the less the better.
