Well done, its such an achievement! I got my BMI Dow to 28.9 but band is broken and back up to 31! Mostly sad to be obese again!!!

would give my right arm to be obese, but sadly even if they amputated both arms and both legs I'd still be super morbidly obese as I would be much shorter lol

And to celebrate i have just volunteered to work
on a sunday with animals (mainly mucking out)
so i should get a lot fitter and healthier ...
Thats something i would have never done in the old days, becuase i would have got too hot and sweaty and would huffed and puffed pushing a wheel barrow

I've been here for nearly 12mths now a naughty 7lbs off healthy weight & bmi. Finally beginning to accept that it may not go without the aid of plastics which may never happen so time to learn to love myself & accept that I am a success 8st 2lb of success less than I was & stop beating myself up over a measly 7lbs. Not easy but I have to try.
