As sure as night follows day I am back again. After previously going as far as booking flights to Belgium for a bypass, I have decided that I would feel far happier going closer to home.
Contacted Phoenix group, national obesity surgery centre (NOSC), and healthier weight companies. All quotes received. Really lost who to go with. Prices aren't massively different. Has anyone any experience with bypass aftercare with NOSC or healthier weight? Phoenix details theirs re. Post op complications, dietary advice etc.
Haven't had a reply from spires health or the hospital group yet. Appears only Phoenix do bypass in Belfast, but due to my bigger BMI it looks like Liverpool for op.
Any advice or recommendations/ negatives would be so appreciated.
