It does stink, your right but unfortunately its part of the journey! Stalls are so difficult to deal with but we just have to think about the future, you are exercising and eating well so it has to move weight eventually......try measuring yourself as sometimes the fat moves before it comes off. I actually felt like Id lost when I had my stall so I knew it would come off when it was ready........(HUGS) It will start moving again XX
Its not fair is it! Just keep going it will move eventually. A few weeks ago I went through a 4 week period only losing 3 pounds. Boy was I angry! However at thebeginningand at the end of that time I was body fat measured at the gym and my body fat had reduced by 4%!
Try measuring inches as well. Good luck.
Frustrating news Karen but it will shift im sure.
When i was going to the gym i was the same and didnt lose anything for ages so hopefully you will have lost inches. xxx
It seems to swing in roundabouts... but the following week or thereafter seems to show improvement... sometimes when I'm losing... it goes in reverse... keep looking towards the next weigh in... we are all going to be going down... at varying stages... but it's becoming a reality for sure...
I really don't know? Sorry love... I am not sure? Can't work it out? The thread is not deleted so can you amend this yourself maybe? I can't remember what it said to be honest... I was just thinking about the stall issue on the last couple of posts on the thread...
I really don't know to be honest... I'm still perplexed about it... I'm not sure how to be able to tell so I can't help... I was just thinking about the frustrations of stalls... when I posted the message since it happens so much and as Mary rightly said earlier... I'd been thinking about the muscle weighing more than fat issue and was just reading the latter postings... I am not sure precious why the posting is deleted ...
Karen, I know you've now deleted your post but I had a stall for 3weeks, I too was devastated. Convinced I was the person a bypass hadn't worked for. Then on the 4th week I lost 1/2 a stone!! Like people have said with you exercising your fat may be turning to muscle & you're toning up. Have you checked your measurements?
Come on lass, chin up & don't let this get us down
