whilst doing my research into post op diet, i found these wonderful vids on youtube, an american lady has created a channel with lots of pouch friendly recipes and step by step guides, also she gives lots of hints and tips as she goes on,e.g. at what stage pre op you can eat certain foods and how to make eating post op easier, i hope u get out of it the same great ideas i have PouchFriendly - YouTube
