just a quicky maby some one can help

im off to see mr small on 20 april but its not at srh its at monkwearmouth and the letter asks to take a 'sample' ...
as far as i can tell the hospital there deals with adult learning and rehab so i dont know why they are sending me there haha.

has anyone else been sent there for there consultations ?

i had to go to a centre somewhere different to see the nurse and the dietician so dont worry about it. call the place they have given you and just check your app with them to put our mind at ease.

They do have some clinics at Monkwearmouth hospital as well, the sample refers to urine sample (sterile container).
