:happy096:hi anyone who needs to have slimfast for pre op or post op(wlsgroup girls) i have found somewhere really cheap to buy them ,wilkinsons dont know for sure if their nationwide but i think so the 450g tubs are £2.24 and the instant shakes are £2.99 for 6 really good price they are 4.99 in asda for the tubs !!!!! get stocking up girls xxheather

Thanks for that. I bought some tubs in morrisons the other day 4.99 buy one get one free but its absolutely disgusting. I love the ready made shakes but the powder is yukki.

I noticed there is quite a difference in nutritional values for the tubs v the ready made shakes.
