WI was yesterday and I lost another 2 lb. After last week I wasn't expecting to loose anything.
I am a happy loser.
Enjoyed meeting Carol and Rose at Bromley for cofee.
I have put a flicker book with some before and after photos on my signature. You can see the difference (there is 50lb between body shot and just over 100lb on the face shot)
