Hi girls,

Just wanted to say a mahooosive big thanks for all the advise and support you have given me. I was really getting fed up with my weight loss and I followed your advise and I have shifted 5lb in the last 3 days. I am so thrilled!!!

I even managed to do 80 lengths in the pool yesterday and I feels as though I have that spring back in my step again.

Thanks guys......you are such amazing people and soooooo insipirational.

Aww, that is brill hun, 5lbs is just terrific. Glad you were able to get yourself started again. And that is wonderful about the exercise, that really will help you feel & look fit!! Are enjoying those bargin shoes, the looked so comfy?

My bargain shoes are very comfy thanks are getting loads of wear in this gorgeous weather. I have been shopping with wayne and he knows what type and style I like now but I told him I want him to surprise me!!!
