About 150-160 calories and wonderful tastes.

I'm not saying this is good for everyone but it certainly works for me with a banana or low fat yoghurt after

I used to eat these before surgery lovely to dip in soft cheese hope i can eat them again soon x

Are they just like the big Ryvita because I like them ones . And the small soft cheese is handy for picnics yummy . Take care .

They are just mini versions but with bits of flavour added. They may be a little softer but are still crunchy!

Each meal costs me about 80p now!!
