how often do we weigh in please?

i was thinking that ..... i weigh daily at the moment...lol

We usually ask people to weigh in once per week, usually at the start like Monday. However, it is up to you how often you weigh and when you update. Just for ease of managing the thread, make sure you update your weight yourself. If you need help updating it, shout and I will help out or others might want to pitch in. It is okay if you don't update your own weight but I would ask you not to post daily weight updates in that case so we can keep it acurate. Thanks everyone for joining in and I hope you all reach your goals! xx

I am only having my op next monday so have no idea how well or not I will do.
