Week 23 & I've lost over 6 stone now !!!

Hi, got weighed this morning and I am 13st 6lb, that is 7.5lb in 2 weeks,

I have lost 4st 2lb since the op and 6st 1lb altogether, Karen x

Well done you, I'm 16wks post op & like you am just on 13st having lost 2st 5lbs since my op & a total of just over 6st since April 2010. I am so pleased with myself & my surgery as you are long may these losses last & we reach our goals & stay there for ever.
