weight comparison

I'm in shock lol. I've just carried 3 bags of cat litter in from the car and struggled. 10kg each. This made me wonder in comparison how much weight have I lost?

I have lost 8stones which works out at 50kg. Which is 5 bags of cat litter. I can't believe I was carrying an excess which equates to 5 bags of cat litter on my body. (Poor body).

I would recommend doing this to anyone because it makes you realise just how far you've come

My little one is 3st and it's a struggle to carry him - yet I've lost twice that !

im pre op have lost around 3 stone and feel great for doing that ,but only last week with all the Christmas shopping I was huffing and puffing bringing home bags of shopping and it got me thinking the same thing ...I used to have this much weight on my poor body!
