Weight loss track

So I guess in a way I'm keeping different tabs on my weighloss, I lost 50 pounds before pre op diet and 42 pounds on pre op diet and then there will be post surgery, it gets confusing but I guess if I lost I lost it and it all counts. I just need to lose 3 more pounds for 100, after I stepped on the scale this morning.
