Pre op diet - weight is coming off :-)

Hi everyone

I'm due to have my op on 21/05/2011.
I'll be a week into my pre-op diet tomorrow. I weighed myself today and I've lost 6 pounds which made me smile!
This is just the beginning of my journey to find the pot at the end of my rainbow

Fab. It's hard but you know you have to do it or risk the op

Well done but remember the loss of lb's isn't the end result, a nicely shrunk liver is what the dr is after...

And yes you are on the way to your pot of gold at the end of a very beautiful rainbow xx
