Ive been reading about people on here doing the 5 day pouch test. Whats it for and what does it prove?

It's designed to get rid of bad habits and get back on track with the optimum way of eating post op. it reaffirms your restriction and tends to get weightloss going again. It's important to read up on it properly before starting, the website is full of info. Not recommended before 6 months post op, and really shouldn't be needed before 12/18 months post op.
