Was any agreement made on this ie. if it was going to happen, how it would be put together, who would contribute etc.?

I think Nic is making a start on it. I'm incapable of thought right now and would probably write the wrong answers.

I have started it but am willing to hand it over if someone else is passionate about doing it. I think we left it open for anyone to contribute. I will bump the thread so we can get more feedback.
