yay yay i done it..........

Hey all, as you may know ive been struggling to hit my protien limit of 80grams a day...

Well today ............ Ive only gone and bloody done it :D according to the food diary site ive had

Totals 1,104 95 21 86
Your Daily Goal 1,820 250 61 68
Remaining 716 155 40 -18

Calories Carbs Fat Protein

and thats from 3 meals today yippppeeeee :D

i wont have anything else today except from a yoghurt later and a pt of skimmed milk

I find it really hard to get enough protein in.

Brekkie: 2 weetabix with skimmed milk,

Lunch: pork grilled sausage, 1 egg, scoop of beans

Dinner: chicken breast peices and mixed veg

well done! I'm finding protein is much more filling than I thought it was! Carbs are very addictive but if you can break the addiction for even a few days, it definitely gets easier!


Does that make any sense at all! :D
