Can't view app suddenly.

I've tried viewing an updated thread via my mobile app this morning but all I get is a black screen it doesn't seem to want to load. I can access the site via the Internet from my phone but not the app, any ideas what I need to do? Thankyou.

This has happened to me twice,ivd just had to delete the app and reload again x

It also happened to me on my android tablet, and I also had to uninstall the app and re download and install again, then it was fine..

My app on the ipad has been rubbish since the last update a few weeks ago,I have had to go on the Internet to access the site,despite uninstalling and reinstalling many times,have given up now,just have to wait for the next update to see if things improve.!

Thanks both. I switched phone off & on again no joy so deleted app & re-loaded it seems to have been fine since then. Fingers crossed.
