Endoscopy and Balloon insertion

hi - I was wondering if I needed to go through my GP to arrange the endoscopy (and possible balloon insertion if things are ok) or will the hospital (Sunderland) make the appointment for me? I had to make my own arrangements for the sleep apnea.

I would imagine the hospital however - if it was me i would also see my GP and see what they say.....

I attend Sunderland and they arranged the endoscopy. x
