got my pre opp diet booklet without a opp date

hi got my pre opp diet today was told 6 month waiting list i have been on the list just under 3 month. is the normal to get the diet booklet well before you get a opp date. if its 6 month i still have 3 half month to go thank for any help

I think something like this happened to another lady just recently I would ring n ask them if I were you what is going on ??? x

Don't know if this helps, but I was given a diet sheet from Derby at least 3 months before my op date. I think they like you to read, digest and research the information fully before your surgery.

I was also given the post op stages aswell.
