Sickness bug - Help

I have often wondered this, but it wasn't until today that I got quite worried.

I have felt unwell all day. Having waves of nausea and at one point having to stop the car because I though I was going to be sick. I think I have picked up a bug.

I got really scared because I would assume that if I were to vomit then it would have to come back up through the band.

Is this correct?
How would that effect my band?
Would it mean I could stretch my pouch?
What if I were to vomit but it was unable to get back through the band?

These may seem like stupid questions but I really don't know the answer.

I look after children and tend to catch every bug going!

I have had 2 tummy bugs since having the band.

I spent a while dry heaving into the toilet, retching...occasionally slime coming up!
Then, when that had stopped..the bug went through me to the other end! I needed to take immodium in the end as it was so bad!

It was like the bug had to come out my body, but was trying all its options!

im sorry i cant help with this either as iv not had a isckness bug yet but i doubt it qwill damage your band or pouch if in doubt ask your provider
