finally ventured back to the gym, its been a tough year emotionally. i felt good after using various equipment. and finally had a good sleep after too. have no excuse now as its to and from my way to work, and is 24 hours...useful to help me sleep after my nights next week me thinks

i focused on the end result,i had the bypass, and did the yoghurt and milk diet, i found it easy and hard if that makes sense, pace the drinks u should be ok, best of luck x

Im doing my 3rd on this year, done my first 2 weeks before my bypass

My grandad who i lived with, passed away on sunday, i havent slept, and i don't know what to do. i used to turn to food, however i'm 18 months plus out of bypass and can no longer turn to comfort food. my other grandad passed away the day after i got home from having surgery, and was on liquids...

Ive never had a b12 injection, and im 18 months out, why cant each health authority stick to the same. My lasr blood tests only showed vit d, b12 was fine

anyone gone through CBT? does i work? so many probs atm, not all weight loss related, but wondered if it helps

Had gps appt after the fpc said my bp is on the high side. Done it 3 times, going to a 24 hour, im 10 stone plus down on weight, dont have salt high fat or sugar(for obv reasons) and ge reckons it might need treating :(

It varies, i saw surgeon, then dietician within a month of each other then they all meet to discuss, then place you on waiting list. I had my group meeting may 2011 surgeon appt march 2012 and dietician apr 2012 opp august 2012
