I was on liquid diet for 4 weeks and had mostly tinned soups if I had chicken soup then I strained it.But was grateful come 5th week when I switched to custards and yogurts

I would love to buy any bra at this point in time buty NO ONE does size 48I for less that £35 that I have seen.I was going to get a bra from marisota but they have run out of stock in my supposed size.
So now I am struggling deffo with the wrong bra
I don't know if the fact that I have PCOS is the reason I had funding for my bypass but just wanted to say that unfortunatly I have all the symptoms and had to have fertlity treatment to have both my kids.I understand anyone with the condition.By the way I diagnosed myself over 20 years ago...
I was measured before by evans and they said that I was 50h and I was measured there again this afternoon and the woman there said that I was a 48I.to be measured she lent me a 48H but the bra pushed my bust together with no gap and they were bulging from the sides.
I have tried marisota but have to wait n see if they allow me an order. I seem to have droped in size but gained in the cup.I was 50H but now 48I don't figure
This is for the girls please can any of you tell me where to get a size 48I bras from that is cheap. I have tried Evans and they don't do that size cup the largest they do is a H cup.
Pick what you like from the list .I think you will find that the list is a guide to what to eat.I was given a guide that stated that I an have eggs while on the diet but in fact I only had a bout 2 the whole time.I mostly has crisp bread and low fat cheese spread. But your diet is slightly different.
I would think it was ok to drop the veg or just have the veg once a week.Tinned friut is ok as long as it is in juice not syrup.I was allowed to have diet coke while on the diet but not too much as not allowed fizzy drinks after surgery.
Well I was on the same diet you are starting and my typical day was
Breakfast 1 slice of toast with srambled egg or poached egg/
2 crisp bread with low fat cream cheese or I might have 1 weetabix with milk and sweetner
Lunch similar to breakfast
Dinner piece of fish (not battered) or a piece...
Thanx to all I have also noticed the difference.I am walking more,my feet aren't swollen and hubby can put his arms round me with no gaps between his hands lol
