    First time stalled :-(

    Hi, I had my bypass last May and I'v had a few stalls so I think your doing great if this is your first. I'm also loosing much slower than I was last year. Just don't let it get to you keep going and it will kick start again I'm sure. By the way you are looking amazing well done.

    Regret it....no way. I'd do it again in a heartbeat, best decision I've ever made I love the control over food it has given me, I'm in control for the first time ever and I'm starting to like what I see in the mirror too!!!

    Stinie, there is a support group first saturday of the month 2.30pm-4.30pm at bupa parkway Solihull for pre and post oppers. They also hold one at heartlands (same group of people) on a wednesday evening once a month. I can find out the dates for u if you want. I can recommend the solihull one...

    2 years+ Post op

    Wow is all I can say. I had to call my husband in from another room to show him your before and after photos and I have never done that before with anyone else on here. Truely amazing you are stunning.

    Food Funerals.....

    Don't deapair about missing your fav foods I am 3 months post bypass and I can eat bread, cheese and pate in small quantities. I hope you will be able to do the same too.

    Hi mouse, yeah I cam home with a 7 day supply of clexaine injections. It was one injection a day for a week. How you feeling about your forthcoming surgery? are you nervous? all I can say is I wish Id done it years ago.

    I honestly think your doing the right thing, Im not sure about your dept but I know attendance management in the civil service in general is a hot topic, always banging on about reducing sickness levels etc. I wish you luck in whatever decision you make x
