    I didn't realize there were different kinds of milk diet ??

    Am I right in thinking that is the case? I am reading that some of you are allowed fruit, veg and yogurt?? I don't mind saying I'm feeling a little jealous of that right now. :gimi:

    I am still hungry

    I had my surgery on Nov.15,2010 Lapband...I am now on full liquid and soft food. Once I eat ten minutes later I am so hungry. I so afraid that I might eat to much and become sick. I drink plenty of water, I also afraid that the band is not working.My first appt. is on Tuesday. Am I doing...

    milk diet - first day today

    I have started my milk diet today and boy am I hungry. I hope people are right when they say it gets easier!! I go for my pre op on Thursday this week and I am kinda looking forward to getting on with it all now. It seems to have been so long coming! Fizzy xx
