Hi everyone, I'm Jan & attended the Seminar last night at Sunderland Royal Hospital. Very impressed with Mr Small and I'm now convinced that bypass surgery is the way to go for me. I'd love to say hello to anyone else who is about to embark on this journey or who has already been through it :).

So anyone else having a "weekend break" for their surgery 20th/21st August. All being well I have put my towel on the bed ready for surgery! All of a sudden that terrible cliche "positive mental attitude" actually means something.:)

Can anyone tell me when the dietitian at SRH sends out the pre op diet info? I have my gastric bypass scheduled for Aug 21st and my pre op assessment on the 10th Aug. Have not heard anything about the diet yet?:confused::confused:
