It was an 'agent' that got in touch with me after I appeared in a local paper and a couple of nationals. I've signed a contract with her and she tries to sort things out. I get paid 'up to' £300 per article.

A bit like 'Bella' etc, a magazine aimed at majority women, hence the story will be wrote from my fiancés side of the coin.

A good freelancer will auction off your story to get the most money, I got £500 for mine last year. But you need to have a twist, not just I had surgery and lost weight. For me it was losing weight during pregnancy and chronic malabsorption. It could be finding love post op, improved sex life, dealing with your excess skin, becoming an exercise addict etc.
