I've done the low fat low cal and low carb one.
I feel like I'm in a queue at a big ride in Alton Towers, eager anticipation, excitement and fear of the unknown. Quite a thrilling feeling - most odd lol x

I had that right up go when I was in the waiting room waiting for my surgery I still have it now 4 weeks after. The team at Chelsea are brilliant my wounds have almost healed over and their tiny and now that I've lost 3 stone and can see it I'm starting to feel a lot better about it. I'm still gagging for a glass of coke and some chips with salt and vinegar on them but whenever I think like that I look in the mirror and it reminds me of what I've done and gone through and it disappears. Good luck rudders your in good hands xxx

I definitely felt the same up to the op ("what am I doing?") and then quickly changed to "what have I done?" straight after and for the first couple of weeks as I, unlike alot of people on here, didn't find the op all plain sailing and pain free etc etc.

Now though, as the weight drops off and I have actually started enjoying excersize and feeling good I have no such feelings. Now I'm just pleased with myself for having the courage to get such drastic help and for sticking to all the rules etc post op. Now I actually know that I will be slim and that my life will be very, very different and now.................thats feels damn good!

That'll be you before you know it too. Meantime, really good luck with the op.
