Thanks guys i was fine untill i saw that negative post on the site from there it lead to internet search then the worry the doute the questioning and a little hug from my daughter to set it of..................i am in a rut i know i need to lose weight but cant help think what if.....i know my family behind me but i also know and feel they rather i not have it.....
